Nyla Capri is the Founder & CEO of Ballin AI, an NCAA-certified sports technology company helping coaches recruit smarter and athletes develop faster through AI-powered evaluations and predictive analytics.

A former Division I athlete, Nyla competed at the collegiate level and experienced firsthand how subjective player evaluation could shape entire careers. She founded Ballin AI to bring data, objectivity, and predictive insight into the way talent is identified and developed.

Today she partners with college programs, athletic organizations, founders, and leadership teams across the globe—while speaking nationally on entrepreneurship, AI, women's sports, leadership, resilience, and faith.
